We signed a partnership agreement with Staré Mesto in 2012. Since then we have jointly supported and organized projects and exchanges across all fields. Staré Mesto is a district located right in the heart of Bratislava which is also an urban conservation area.

Pécs is the fifth largest city in Hungary. It is also the seat of a bishop and is home to the oldest and largest university in Hungary. The cooperation agreement between Olomouc and Pécs was signed in 2002. Since then, the two cities have supported many mutual exchanges and projects, especially in the fields of culture, education and sport.

Kraków is the second largest city in Poland with about 780,000 inhabitants. Kraków is home to three universities and many other higher education institutions. The Old Town of Kraków is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A declaration of intent to cooperate was signed between the two cities on 2 June 2016. Since 2014, cooperation has taken place in the fields of sport, culture, education and social affairs. Many events have been organized under the auspices of the embassy.
